Why not try making an iBook for your students?
iBooks are available in large quantities online, and for the most part they can be downloaded for free or purchased via the iBooks app. Below are a few samples, including one that I created. Please note that these can only be views on an OS device, or Android device if the file has been converted. Some iBooks can be viewed on a Mac computer, but occasionally some features may not work as well.
