First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge that there are many video tutorials available online that are created with better video and audio quality.

I have created the video tutorials below using a free screencasting program, and this is only the second time I have worked with it. Please forgive the quasi-professional quality.

I hope you find the video tutorials useful, as I have tried to "cut to the chase", and explain the essential steps on how to get you started in creating very fun, educational, interactive iBooks, which can be edited and improved each time you teach the course for which the iBook is designed.

All the websites and programs mentioned in the videos are listed in the resources page.

Add an interactive image in seconds.

Here's how to add a Reveal Widget, which allows users to "scratch" one picture to reveal another. There are multiple creative applications for this tool that go beyond the initial fun factor.

Incorporating a video into your creation is easy but one of the cons is that it will make your iBook file much larger and therefore harder to post or distribute to your students.

Adding (video or any) links to your iBooks is only a matter of a few clicks.

Here you can learn how to add cool 3D images.
